Wiper rings

Wiper rings are profile seals consisting of a rubber-coated wiping lip and a dirt lip with or without metal casing. They prevent penetration of dust and dirt particles into the cylinder and reduce the residual oil film on the medium side. This also avoids premature attrition of the bearings, guides and seals.

Range of application:

On axially moving rods in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
Wipers are supplied with and without metal casings in NBR, FKM, polyurethane and PTFE.

Also:

Metal wipers with brass scraper for obstinate adherent dirt such as tar, ice or mud on reciprocating piston rods and plungers..
