Rubber Metal Seals / Buffers
Rubber-metal seals are flat metallic sealing rings with a trapezoidal, rubber-elastic sealing lip at the inner or outer diameter. The metal provides the mechanical stability, the rubber assures adaptability and elasticity. The advantages of both materials are used simultaneously.
Range of application: For static sealing of threaded joints and flange connections. Supplied in all standard sizes and materials.
Buffers are construction elements used in vibration engineering. They isolate oscillation, act as impact buffers, and compensate tensions or manufacturing deviations between the connected components.
